Bakerwell Management 

W. Rex Baker, President

Rex founded Bakerwell's service business in 1980. Since the company's inception, Rex has managed the Service and Exploration phases of Bakerwell's business. Rex currently supervises Bakerwell's advancements in Horizontal Drilling technology.   Prior to forming Bakerwell, Inc., Rex attended Georgia College as a business management major and worked as an Industrial Engineer. Rex is a member of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association as well as the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Jeffrey J.A. Baker, Secretary-Treasurer

Jeff is a former President of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association. Jeff also currently serves on the Board for Gatherco, Inc. and has done so for the past 12 years.

   Prior to joining Bakerwell in 1982, Jeff was employed as a manager with Coopers & Lybrand in Columbus, Ohio., where from 1974-1980 he practiced as a CPA. Jeff received a BS Degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University. Jeff is a honorary Trustee of the OOGA Board of Trustees, and a member of the IPAA and OGS.

Robert K. "Roc" Baker, Controller and Assistant Secretary-Treasurer

Before joining Bakerwell in 1983 Roc was employed as a senior CPA with REA and Associates CPAs, Operations Controller of Copeland Corporation of the Shelby, North Carolina Operations. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1977, Rocjoined Ernst & Ernst CPA's.   Roc serves as a director ofCSB Bancorp,  President and Trustee of the Foundation for Hospital Art, Trustee of the Pomerene Hospital Foundation Board, and serves on the Holmes County Airport Authority. He is also an elder of Killbuck Valley Christian Church. Roc is a member of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and OSCPA.

Brenda S. Snow, Office Manager and Production Distribution

Brenda has been employed with Bakerwell for 25 years. Brenda manages Bakerwell's Killbuck office. She is responsible for timely distribution of revenues received from Bakerwell's production as well as managing, gathering and reporting such production to investors and governmental agencies. Brenda received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University in 1984. Brenda is a member of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs. Brenda has been active in the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs for 20 years, serving on the Association Board in 1990 and 1992 as Region I Director

Bill Rike, Consulting Geologist

Work has included all phases of oil and gas development and exploration, including prospect and drill site generation, well site evaluation, completion and operation. Primary emphasis is on Cambrian and Ordovician units, and secondarily on shallower clastics.   From 1975 until buy-out of Clinton Oil Co. (1987), Bill managed exploration and development geology for Leader Equities, Inc. He has also served or is presently serving: Bakerwell, Inc., Benatty Corp., Burlington Northern, Inc., Energy Div., BP Chemicals, Inc., Cabot Oil & Gas, Clinton Oil Co., Everflow Eastern, Inc., KEP Exploration, MB Operating, Orion Petro Corp., Oxford Oil Co., James R. Smail., Inc. and private clients.   1972-1974 Geologist, Texaco, Inc., New Orleans. M.S., 1973,and A.B., 1969 Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, majoring in Geology.
